I wanted to tick a bikini competition off my bucket list.

I have been training with Jessie now for about 2 months.
Before training with her I was your typical tradie, with a diet of take-away for breakfast lunch and dinner, a pack a day smoker and beers instead of water.
When I was in the gym I thought I knew what I was doing when really I had no idea.
Since training with Jess my life has taken a turn for the best.
She’s got my diet on point, I’ve given up smoking, and have the occasional beer.
Jess pushes me inside and outside of the gym to make sure I achieve the goals I have set out for myself.

Hi there. My name’s Dave.
I’ve been training with Jessie for almost twelve months now.
I found it really hard to get started and get my head in the game and make that initial transition.
Jessie really helped me out. She was very encouraging and she held me accountable.
It really got me in the right frame of mind. I started to see really good results, and now I’m 17 kilos down.
I love the training and the sessions.
I’ve still got a little bit of a way to go, but I’m confident that I’m going to hit my ultimate goal with Jessie’s help.
Before starting Personal Training with Jess, I went through 3 IVF circles and gained a ton of weight with the hormone treatment.
I tried working out in a gym and tried a couple of other PT’s but had no luck.
I have been training with Jess for just over two years. I believe Jess is one of the most experienced and committed trainers out there.
I started training once a week, as part of a group and really enjoyed the variety and challenge she put into the sessions. I then decided to take her on as one of her 1 on 1 clients.
I must be a glutton for punishment.
Jess is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably, and I have seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit-ups, push-ups, other core exercises. I can lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
Importantly:
– She ensures my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
– She is extremely reliable and punctual – always set up and ready to start ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
I thoroughly enjoy being able to follow her online program at my own pace and know that Jess is there if I need her.
She holds me accountable and checks in with me each week.
I love the face to face sessions also as she pushes me to my own personal limit.
She also puts together a home workout program for me to follow on those days I can’t make the gym. Wow I never knew I could work so hard with limited equipment.
I would recommend Jess to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness goals.
I truly love myself more than ever and am able to love others thanks to gaining back my confidence.
